Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
We have a similar recipe only we use linguine pasta. Instead of spinach we add green and black olives, minced garlic, and mushrooms (canned or fresh) to the cooked bacon sauteed together for a few minutes. Then add that to the cooked drained linguine with olive oil. Then we add fresh sliced tomatoes(roma, cherry or campri are best) and a lot of chopped green onions mixed in and then top with parmesan cheese to our liking.
