Beer-Boiled Shrimp

My Sailor brought home several cases of Canadian beer from one of his sea tours in the Navy. I used it to make this dish and while I can't stomach drinking it out of the can, it was delicious as a broth!

Turkey Tetrazzini II

This was an awesome idea for leftover turkey! I sauted some onions and mushrooms and added them to the turkey mixture. Would be great for chicken too!

Brown Sugar Smokies

These were excellent! I dredged my bacon in the brown sugar, wrapped them around the smokies and placed them on a broiler pan. Baked for 20 minutes and took them to a party. They were devoured within 15 minutes!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This meatloaf was soo good! I did as other reviewers suggested and used the brown sugar and ketchup as the topping with a dash of worcestershire mixed in. Very flavorful!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This came out so well! I did add fresh mushrooms, chopped onion and white wine to the chicken before adding the cream cheese and soup. My fiance loved it, said it wasn't too rich and still light.

We absolutely loved the flavor! The only thing I would do differently would be use unsalted butter as the dish was very salty. Otherwise will definitely be making this again!

Asian Turkey Barbecue on Sesame Scallion Toasts

This was wonderful! I spooned the mixture over white rice. Made a delicious Asian meal. Family and mother enjoyed it very much. Great way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
