Parmesan Potato Soup

My family absolutely loves the parmesan kick to this soup. It definitely could use more a cup or more of potatos to make it a more filling soup.

Turkey Tetrazzini II

This was an awesome idea for leftover turkey! I sauted some onions and mushrooms and added them to the turkey mixture. Would be great for chicken too!

Brown Sugar Smokies

These were excellent! I dredged my bacon in the brown sugar, wrapped them around the smokies and placed them on a broiler pan. Baked for 20 minutes and took them to a party. They were devoured within 15 minutes!

The vegetables in the sauce turned out absolutely delicious! The meat however turned out very dry. I layered exactly as was directed. Probably won't be making this again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This meatloaf was soo good! I did as other reviewers suggested and used the brown sugar and ketchup as the topping with a dash of worcestershire mixed in. Very flavorful!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This came out so well! I did add fresh mushrooms, chopped onion and white wine to the chicken before adding the cream cheese and soup. My fiance loved it, said it wasn't too rich and still light.

We absolutely loved the flavor! The only thing I would do differently would be use unsalted butter as the dish was very salty. Otherwise will definitely be making this again!

Asian Turkey Barbecue on Sesame Scallion Toasts

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

This wasn't so great for my family. My brother, his family and my parents tried this out at my Christmas dinner. None of them was too thrilled with the bread crumbs crust. Would have been better without it.
