Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker
I made this for a luncheon at work and everybody loved it. I did take the advice of others and cut down on the brown sugar and ketchup. Will definitely make again for a cocktail party. Not sure I'd want to eat it for a meal though.

Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage
This and the Sauerkraut Casserole recipe also on this site are both terrific.

Slow Cooker Lasagna
I was a bit skeptical about this one, but I thought what the heck. I have one of those 1970's olive green crockpots and it was still great. Can't wait to get one of the more current models and try again, it will probably layer better.
