Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Try precooking the bacon, crumbling it, and putting it inside with the cream cheese. Chicken stays plenty moist with just the sauce. Great recipe!!!

I made this for a family gathering and everyone loved it! It especially thrilled the chocoholic women in our family. Everyone wanted the recipe. Someone suggested it might be good with a chocolate glaze drizzled over the top. I will have to make it again and try that!

Chicken Salad Al La Barbara

Easy Salmon

Very easy to prepare! My whole family loved it, even the kids! I would definitely serve this again. With the right accompaniments this would be a great dish for entertaining.
