Delicious! I didn't add the peppers as hubby is not a fan. Used gluten free rice spiral pasta, and turned out wonderfully! Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! My first attempt at sugar cookies. I followed the directions exactly, refrigerated dough for 1 hour, and only rolled out a small bit at a time, putting the remaining dough in the freezer in the meantime. Was easy to work with. I used powdered sugar instead of flour to roll it out, and used an unopened bottle of wine as a rolling pin. :) I'll make these again!

I made this recipe in a pie plate and it turned out well. Definitely serve this warm, it wasn't as good at room temperature. I used crushed graham crackers, as I did not have ginger snaps. It was pretty tasty, though kind of bland. I'd like to try the ginger snaps for some added flavor.
