I spend most of my weekends in the kitchen cooking and baking. When im not cooking then you will find me out at one of the food stores stocking up on my pantry supplies. One of my favorites are making Italian sauce from scratch with meat balls and sausage. I cook the sauce usually for about two days. Another favorite is making Cajun sea food gumbo. I like to use alot of mushrooms, red peppers, onions, celery and fresh garlic in my cooking. Making homemade Italian red sauce my wife taught me years ago. Making pizza that tastes like New York pizza, and also an awesome cheese cake. No tragedies so far.
