Fudge
absolutely delicious and so easy!! I will make this one often! I used semi-sweet chips -- thought it was fine; I can see where a mixture would make it more mild tasting.

Homemade Pizza Sauce
I was a little disappointed in the flavor of the sauce. I added about 1 T. dried onion and 1 T. dried oregano. That helped. Seemed a little bland.
