Easy Herb Roasted Turkey
Made this recipe to a "T". Smelled great roasting, looked pretty when done, but disapointed in the taste of the turkey. Will try again but with much less olive oil though. Might have had an off day for cooking. :-)))))

Sweet Potato Pie I
Made this pie for the first time, also ate it for the first itme. Excellent! I nuked the potato and scooped it out of the skin for more flavor. Used 1/2 cup light brown sugar, egg beaters instead of eggs, about 4 tablespoons butter, evaporated milk, and prebaked the crust for 5 minutes. Perfect!! Did sprinkle cinnamon on top for looks. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Will make this again, very soon!!! :-)

Vegetarian Meatloaf with Vegetables
This is delicious. I used a tomato sauce with garlic, oregano & basil already in it and accidently mixed the sauce IN the loaf instead of putting it on top. It only made it better. Very moist. will make this again very soon. Thanks for a great meatless meatloaf!!!
