Golden Rum Cake
Been making this rum cake for some time now. I use Bacardi Gold Rum, and after baking, invert onto a plate. I let it cool then add the glaze. When adding the glaze I insert a sharp knife, give a little twist and pour in some glaze. Then I procede to do that over the entire top of the cake. Gives it a nice drizzle down the sides and allows the glaze to go into the center of the cake. Very moist. Enjoy.

Tossed Spinach Salad
I have been making this salad ever since it came out in the "Tate Of Homes" magazine many years ago. The only thing I do different is use red wine vinegar instead of white, UNLESS I am making this for my vegetarian friends, then I use Morningstar Farms Bacon...just as delicious.

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake
This is very good. Didn't have green pepper but I will have next time I make this. I use HERB OX bouillon because it is sodium, msg, and gluten free. Thanks for sharing.
