Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

I followed the recipe exactly. I did not like this meatloaf...unfortunately. I am a huge fan of cheese but did not like this. I don't think I want cheese in my meatloaf ever again or breadcrumbs. Not for me.

Garden Pasta Salad

I'm only giving this four stars since it indicates to use italian dressing. I followed another reviewers suggestion to use Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar then season with Salad Seasoning. Other reviewers also suggested using less salad dressing and letting people pour more themselves. Great tip!!! I used half a bottle and sat it out if people wanted more. I made this last night and its all gone. I also sliced some peperonni on top. Delicious!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's a keeper.

Crab Cakes III

I am a crab cake fanatic. Tonight, I made the crab cakes and not the sauce. They were amazing!!! Restaurant quality at home. I used crackers I had on hand which were ritz crackers. I didn't want to buy a box of saltines and have the rest of them go to waste since we don't eat those in our house. Other than that, I followed the recipe and got rave reviews from my husband (picky eater). We used hot sauce on top of them. Delicious!!! This recipe is a definite keeper. Note: We used backfin and will try lump next time just because!!!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

This stuffing was really good and easy. I used one bag of seasoned stuffing and also seasoned it with the ingredients listed. Next time, i will omit the salt when using seasoned stuffing bread crumbs. Inspite of this it was still good.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was so easy to make! Tasted good. The sauce was amazing. I used cooking wine since that is what I had on hand. I will try dry white wine next time. Thanks for the easy recipe that makes my husband think I'm brilliant in the kitchen. LOL.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

I used frozen sweet potatoes and followed the directions on the package to cook them. Then I followed the directions of this recipe to make them candied and took the advice from other reviews to add the marshmallows within the last 5-10 minutes or so and add cinnamon. This was very delicious and I would definitely make this again. Next time I will add a little water to the dish as the sweet potatoes turned out a little dry untily you mash them on your plate.

Easy Rum Cake

Fish Fillets Italiano

This was very tasty! I hate fish and I ended up eating this for a couple of days. The sauce is woderful!! I used Orange Roughy instead of Cod. My roomate (a fish eater) loved this dish.

Apricot Chicken I

This was extremely easy to make and the chicken turned out good. I ate all of my chicken on my plate and I'm a picky eater. I think it would have been even better to me if it were spicier. I will add crushed red peper flakes next time. It's missing something and I don't know if it is only the spiciness or what. I might try Russian or French with the crushed red peppers. Really good over rice.

Baby Back Ribs

This worked really well on beef short ribs! I agree with everyone else about adding a seasoning to the ribs. Even though they are really good as is, seasoning the ribs would do so much for them. I am going to try to use 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, and cumin and black pepper(to taste). I normally use this combination of seasoning on each piece of steak I cook (pierce meat). Enjoy!

White Chili

I could not believe how fast and easy this was to throw together!! Not to mention how good it was. Since I could not find the Sharp Cheddar Cheese cubes mixed with jalopeno cheese, I used the sharp cheddar cheese cubes and added jalopeno hot sauce (the green hot sauce) to this recipe. I also used medium garlic salsa and seasoned the turkey with chili powder. This dish is awesome. I didn't follow it exactly and it still turned out great!!! I will definitely make this again.

Best Lemonade Ever

This is the very best way to make homemade lemonade. There were no sugar particles floating around in the drink as it was completely dissolved. This lemonade is just like the fresh squeezed lemonade you get when you go out. I will definitely make this again. It was very easy and did not take 4 hours to make. I let the syrup chill in the refrigerator while I cooked and then I added water to it that was already in my refrigerator. It turned out great! Thank you.

Braised Chicken Breasts in Tasty Mirepoix Ragout

This chicken was rather tasty and did not turn out salty because I adjusted the recipe a bit after reading everyone elses review. I only used two (2) 10 oz cans of chicken broth and let it simmer for 30 minutes instead of 90 minutes. Also, I only put salt on the chicken...not in the pan. I only gave it 3 stars because I already have a recipe that taste similar and this one is not as outstanding as that one. I will probably make this again.
