Very good recipe. I made them in small tins and it made 7 of my small tins. I made them for our church's welcome bread. Very easy also, one of the best quick breads I have tried.

I made this cornbread for dinner tonight. It was really good - similar to the Jiffy Mix cornbread but better. As stated in other reviews, this is a Yankee Cornbread - not a Southern recipe. Although I live in the South, I was raised a Yankee and still have not become accustomed to a non-sweet cornbread. This will be my go-to recipe. Thanks for the post.

I followed the recipe exactly except I mashed the bananas as others had. Love the crust outside and moistness inside. Great banana bread. My bread was perfectly baked in 45 minutes @ 350 degrees. Highly recommend this recipe.
