Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wonderful, easy recipe. Delicious. I usually use the recipe on the back of the Nestle bag but wanted to try something different. Glad I did.

Love this simple brine recipe. So Juciy everyone loves when I make this! I have a small fridge with no room and I do not have a 5 gallon bucket... But I do have a 5 gal Igloo insulated drink cooler- Which worked perfectly for my 20lb turkey.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Quick, easy and delicious. I always have the ingredients on hand and don't have to make a run to the store for heavy cream or special cheeses. No worries about burning the milk. It has the same consistancy and flavor everytime.

Springfield Style Cashew Chicken II

The sauce has a Super taste! Not too bitter or too sweet. When I double breaded in the past, I never waited ~ This time I did like the recipe said to do and WOW the nuggets turned out wonderful. ~GREAT TIP!!! The breading stayed on and only a little bit remained in the fryer (The only changes I made to this recipe were:I added corn starch to the flour and I used peanut oil to fry in a deep fryer)
