Delicious recipe. Mine took a bit longer to reach the proper temperature, but was worth the wait. This is the second year in a row I have made this recipe with tasty results. The flavor of the butter really makes this recipe special.

I thought these were amazing! There were just a bit spicy, but not overpowering. For children, you could easily use regular Monterey Jack cheese instead of the kind with the hot peppers. These were fairly easy to make and really have a delicious taste. They also look nice when they come out of the oven. Great BBQ fare!

This recipe is excellent! The measurements and directions are so precisely accurate - I was thrilled to finally have a cookie that tasted terrific and also came out with a perfect color, texture, and shape. A definite winner!
