Pepper-Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Chocolate-Port Sauce
Easy to prepare, sauce is very good. I would use about half the chocolate next time; it had slightly too strong of a chocolate taste for my liking.

Coffee Flavored Liqueur III
Did not really care for the flavor. Was both very bitter and very sweet at the same time.

Twice-Baked New Potatoes
I've made these several times now, and they always get rave reviews. Using new potatoes and the Monterey Jack cheese gives a little different flavor than most twice baked potato recipes. Good stuff!
