Zesty Porcupine Meatballs
I thought this recipe was wonderful. I didn't use chopped onions, I just added extra onion powder, seasoning salt, and 1 cup of cooked longgrain rice (I don't use instant). I also took the suggestion of adding some bread crumbs, I just dumped some in, I didn't measure them. I would probably add some more breadcrumbs however, becasue the meatballs were very soft, and when I went to stir the meatballs and sauce, the started to fall apart a little. I baked my meatballs as well. The meatballs were very tender, and I thought the sauce was wonderful. I didn't measure my Worscher. sauce, I just "eyeballed" it. Served with rice. Made a very "kid-friendly" meal. Definately a keeper.
