Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice
My family of seven loved this! We used a rice cooker and everything turned out fabulous. Great flavor. I never would have thought of this one. Thanks!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
This was the best soda bread ever, or so I was told. This was my first experience with soda bread and some of my guest did not want to eat it because of past breads they had tried. Everyone absolutely loved it. I made half with raisins and stored it for several days in Tupperware. Thank you!

Nobody wanted to eat my potatoes when they heard that they had cabbage. I talked a few into trying it and they were very surprised at the great taste! Soon everyone had tasted it and all loved it. I followed the directions exactly and will be making this again! Thank you.
