Almond Bear Claws
I made these as written and really liked them. I did add a glaze to the top made with powdered sugar,amaretto liquor, and a few drops of milk. YUM! I didn't put the almonds on top before cooking since some said they burned and just added after the glaze was drizzled on top.

Cake Balls
I used amaretto liquor with yellow cake and dipped it in chocolate. It tasted good but the time to dip and mess with toothpicks stuck in each and then I stuck those in a big piece of styrofoam so the would be nicely formed was just too much work.

Sweet and Tangy Slow Cooker Bar-B-Q Pork
It fell off the bone but that wasn't a good thing. I used county style ribs and I washed the meat before cooking but as we ate we had small pieces of bone in the meat. It was as bad as eating fish having to pick bones out of my mouth. Not sure if it was due to the cooking so long or what. I wont be making it again.
