Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
My family LOVES this and I have been asked to make it for numerous gatherings. The only thing is that I usually have to bake it for almost 1h15 before the top gets golden enough. Still, this is delicious!

Grilled Peanut Chicken
I used the crunchy PB as suggested but ended up the losing the peanuts on our GF grill. Then, even after thinning out the marinade sauce with olive oil, we thought it was a little too dry. So my hubby melted some smooth PB and drizzled it as a sauce once the chicken was served and it was GREAT! I also marinated green/red pepper pieces along with the chicken and added green onion to the marinade. Thanks for the recipe!

Italian Style Beef Sandwiches
Delicious! I took the provolone cheese suggestion and toasted it in the toaster oven until the cheese melted. My husband and I loved it and eat it that way every time we make slow-cooked beef. My already-picky-4-year-old even likes it!
