Breakfast Pies
Good flavor and great concept - agree with another reviewer that even the Grands Jr's puff up way too much! really press them up the sides. I think they need to be eggier too - next time 4 eggs. Reheated well.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies II
Perfect no-bake cookies - very rich and satisfying. My regular recipe for this type of cookie does not call for the evaporated milk and I think it adds a lot to the mouth feel and texture of this cookie.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
If you substitute garlic powder in this recipe just remember that this is much stronger then real garlic. Overall, very very good and the chicken was moist.
