Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
The bread is delicious and freezes well. As with most homemade breads, it dries out much faster than store-bought, if you can keep it in the kitchen that long! As others mentioned, the dough was sticky; I had to add 1/2 - 1 cup more flour when kneading. I added more raisins because I love every bite to have raisin. Next time, I will add more cinnamon per my son's request. I will definitely make this again and again.

Cherry Pie III
I didn't have enough tart cherries to make this pie, so (at my farmer's market farmer's suggestion), used a 3:1 ration of cherries to strawberries. You could not tell the difference; the pie was outstanding! I cheated and used pastry from the refrigerated section of the grocery store. I've never made, or eaten, a better cherry pie.

Banana Muffins II
I made these yesterday, followed the recipe exactly. The muffins are outstanding! They are very moist, but not too moist, light and flavorful. Don't stir the dry ingredients too much; I folded mine in with a spatula until just moistened. This will definitely be used again.
