Royal Icing I
First time followed amounts and had to add a lot more powdered sugar. Second time halfed the egg whites and simply kept adding sugar till I got the thickness I wanted. Love how fast it hardens.

Marshmallow Fondant
Have used this recipe a few times now. Better and cheaper than store bought! This recipe saved me while working on a Wedding Cake. Long story short, everyone loves it and I will NEVER use store bought fondant again.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
Followed the recipe but didn't care for the end result. Flavor just didn't work for me or the other people who tried it.
