Dip For The Stars
I made this for a holiday party last night and it was easily the most popular thing there. Delicious! I didn't change any ingredients, but I didn't bother molding and chilling it. I spread it in a pie plate with the cheese on the bottom, then the pesto, then the tomatoes. Also, the recipe says sun-dried tomatoes, NOT tomatoes in oil, so if you use tomatoes packed in oil, it's gonna be oily!
