Quick Quiche
Fantastic! So easy to make and great with whatever fillings you have in the house. I've make this three time in the past few days (used whole carton of eggs) and each time it turned out great. Excellent with Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic instead of salt.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
Completely yummy! Be careful not to add too many onions or process them to much! My husband was in charge of chopping and the onions overpowered the dish. Also, I used diced potatoes and they turned out great! Will totally make again and SOON!
