Great Recipe! I made it exactly as it was posted except I used O'Brien Hash Brown Poatoes. I did not have to cook it as long either. I used a glass dish so I decreased the temperature to 375degrees and still only had to bake it for 45 minutes. I made it for our New Years Eve Sleepover Party and my guests all loved!! it. I will be making it for many years to come.

I have to bake Gluten Free for my son and now I am trying to look for casein free too for my friends. When I found this recipe I was thrilled. I used a gluten free flour mix for the regular flour and added 1 teaspoon of xanthan. I also left out the chips and nuts. Voila, a GFCF chewy chocolate cookie that tastes great.

These muffins were delicious. I really liked the crunchy topping which I too doubled. I am always looking for good muffin recipes and this one made my recipe box.
