Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

This is my second time to bake the cheese cake. It was good but the bottom crust got very dry. Everyone just eat the top part and threw the bottom away. I will definately try again.

Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp

I ran out of the time when I cooked 4 other dishese; so I didn't bake the shrimp after I fried it. It was a very tasty though. Everyone loves it even the picky kids.

Golden Potato Soup

This is a good soup. It was a little bit too salty for me. I will either add 1/2 cup more of water or just put half of the chicken bouillon next time .
