Goat Cheese and Arugula over Penne
This was a big hit in my house. I added a little fresh basil to counter the bitter arugula.

Yakitori Chicken
My family really liked this recipie, despite the fact that I let the chicken marinate overnight, which made the soy sauce flavor too dominant. The next time, I'll follow the recipie or use less soy sauce. Overall, it was a quick and easy dinner. I served the chicken with brown rice and broccoli, and we had no leftovers.

Best Ever Party Appetizer
I used all the ingredients, but I brought the goat cheese up to room temperature and spread it onto a platter. I also finely minced the garlic and added it on top of the goat cheese with the other ingredients and then you can serve it right away or chill it for a while. Serving this dish is much easier as a spread.
