Cajun Chicken Pasta
Everyone loved it. Used lowfat cream (store didn't have heavy cream) and it still came out with great flavor. Used a bit extra of cajun seasoning for more kick. Also cut up my chicken pieces and used angel hair pasta. Quick, easy and good!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
FANTASTIC! Never made homemade soup, but it came out great. Very thick and very RICH. Perfect for a cold day. Used a rotisserie chicken, may have used more than what is called for, but enjoyed the extra chicken. Used Uncle Bens Rice. Great comfort food.
