Banana Muffins II

Great banana flavor.....will make again....made this in a loaf pan instead of the muffins....yum!

Delicious! I actually saw this recipe on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.....and thought it sounded really good....came here to see if a recipe existed....and here you go.....very tasty! Family really liked it......simple ingredients and easy to make....especially since we love cabbage....Thanks!

Lemon Sugar Tea Cookies

A 3 only because something went wrong....they were the flatest cookie I have ever made.....but the taste was great....I followed the instructions exactley but obviously there was an error on my part. May try again.....thanks!

Jackie's Sausage Soup

Michelle's Blonde Chicken Chili

Love it....with a few changes....added some frozen....doubled the recipe but only used 2 cans of small white beans. I also used lean ground chix breast. Added a chopped green pepper, and some chili powder. So yummy with extra shredded cheddar and sour cream on top.....served with tortilla chips. Thanks!

Country Pumpkin Muffins

Easy and Delicious Chicken

I had no bottled dressing so I used a packet of dried Italian dressing mix....golden mushroom soup, and added the cream cheese at the end. I also added a pk. of sliced baby bella mushrooms. Very tasty served over linguine. Yes, easy and yes, yummy. Good put together week night meal. Love the crockpot!

Banana Pumpkin Bread

Very good! Very moist, loved the flavors. Made in a bundt pan. Great way to use up that large can of pumpkin that you opened and stored the leftover in the fridge...and those almost "in the garbage" banannas. Nice. Will make again. My kids loved it!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Very rich and fudgey! Delicious...used 1 1/2 of white and 1 1/2 of brown sugar. Do not decrease the sugar in this recipe....yes, its a lot of butter and sugar....but thats why these are soooo good. If your looking for low calorie or think the amount of sugar in this recipe is "obscene" as another reviewer had put it....look for another recipe! This recipe is excellent as is. Thanks!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Exellent! I added 2 tblspns. of sour cream, some shredded cheddar and a 4 oz. can of diced green chilies. Perfect with our chili fest last night. Moist and sweet...not dry at all. Will make again.

Pizza Dough II

Beautiful dough....so much fun to make this and it was delicious. Made one plain cheese pie for the kiddos and another with provolone, green peppers, and baby bella mushrooms for me and my hubby. Froze the last third of dough for another time. I did mix this with my dough hook in my kitchen aid. It was my first homemade dough that was not in the bread machine and this recipe is perfect. Made the kids pie on a 16' pie pan and ours on the pizza stone for a crispier crust. Love this recipe!

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots

Giving a 4 only cause I didnt use pizza or bread dough....I used a can of crescent dough cut into 16 pieces. I made into mini knots and brushed with some of the oil-garlic-herb mixture prior to baking and then brushed again after baking. I used dried parsley instead of fresh and also added some dried oregano. I only used 2 tblspns. of fresh minced garlic which I thought was way more than enough....very tasty! Will try again with pizza or bread dough. Thanks!
