This is a five w/ modifications.....this was my version....4-5 diced potatoes, one diced onion, a large diced zucchini, a box of frozen mixed vegetables(beans, peas and carrots), 2 cans of cream o' chicken soup, about 2-3 c. of low sodium fat free chicken broth, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, dried sage....omitted the butter....and the last 2 hours added the biscuits.....very good. This recipe really needs the spices and seasonings to flavor this up...otherwise as written seemed very bland and boring. I also like to add veggies to everything for a complete meal. And of course I love crockpot cooking.....so with some changes....this is a great dinner that my family loved. Thanks!
