I am the mother of 3 kids, two boys and 1 girl, and wife to a wonderful husband. I am thankful to have found allrecipes to help enhance my cooking skills(which desparately needed the help). Growing up my Mom always did all of the cooking, and was awesome at it, but now as my Dad says "you are an awesome cook Mick". Can't beat that. Mexican, I love Mexican food, but sadly my odd husband doesn't like cheese so it's not that often. I also like to cook Italian food and/or anything in the crock pot. EEK, one time whilst growing up, I baked a cake and added an extra cup of water...it was all spongy and soppy. Yuk!
