Honeyed Pork Chops
If I could give it 3 and a half stars, I would. It was good. but not great. I should have listened to the previous reviewers and doubled the honey; I coudn't taste it. I used 1/2 and onion and that was all I tasted. I also added a minced clove of garlic. They weren't very tender- they weren't tough, but a little chewy. Maybe I'm a little picky because I'm pregnant.... but they could have been better.

Beef Tips
Yummy! No salt needed AT ALL! I did not have a gravy packet, so I adjusted the spices accordingly. Cooked for about 1.5 hours. At the end, I mixed Wondra flour with cold water (thoroughly) and whisked in and let simmer until thick and bubbly to thicken the gravy. It was easy and delicious over whole wheat egg noodles served with baby peas.

Philly Steak Sandwich
With a couple changes, these were great. Since it waso n sale, I bought eye of round steak. Very tender. I tool another reviewer's suggestion to rub the steaks with spices, then add a little olive oil and let sit for a hour. I think it deepened the flavor. I spread garlic spread on the split rolls and broiled, the used sharp provolone, which is a personal preference.
