This was very good. The chicken came out nice and tender. I probably could have used 1/2 since I had about half the chicken but with the rice was a nice flavor blend. I used sweet baby ray's honey bbq sauce.

This was very good but we don't eat the chicken skin and that is where all the seasoning is. I wonder if it would be good lifting the skin and seasoning underneath it. I know the skin helps to keep the chicken moist and it was very moist. Where I got flavoring it was very good, just didn't get quite enough. Mostly just moist chicken.

When I made this it came out very watery and although the apples were sliced thin, not all cooked through. The only part that looked ok was the topping. I prefer a more chewy topping though, which this is not.
