Lime Garlic Chicken
This chicken dish was awesome! Because I can never make a recipe without some kind of alteration here is what I did differently. Since I love the flavor of lime I "marinated" the chicken in lime juice and garlic while starting the side dishes to my dinner. In addition I followed the suggestions and cut down the butter and substituted with olive oil. Next time I may make it with lemon.

Spaghetti Squash I
An easier way to prepare the squash is to slice it in half, place cut side down in a shallow pyrex dish. Fill the bottom of dish with water & cover with saran-wrap. Micro btwn 15-20 minutes or until fork inserts into back of squash easily. Followed the rest of the recipe other than using cilantro flavored olive oil in place of veggie oil. Fabulous tasting! Have already made it a few other times.

Lemon Pasta Sauce
Wonderful! I love the lemony flavor. I had to change some things only because I didn't have everything on hand. No heavy cream; instead I used 1/2 & 1/2 and chicken instead of beef broth.(Not sure if I would have liked it as well with the beef broth.)My lemon & lime zest was past their prime so I used extra lemon juice & lime juice. As another suggested, threw in some lemonpepper also. Will make again.
