Chicago Dip
This is my favorite spinach dip. I dropped the spinach extra fine since I don't like huge chunks. Everyone agreed this was far better then store bought.

Bacon Quiche Tarts
I messed up and used green onion instead of the regular onion and green pepper, turned out great. Got lots of complements on the recipe.
