Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I think this was a four point five. We got 2 eye round roasts from Costco and they only weighed about 4 pounds. Anyway, I cooked it the long way and it was a little dry; HOWEVER, the grave more than made up for the dryness. Plus, there was plenty extra to put on our mashed potatoes. My family had this for Christmas Eve dinner and it was really good.
