Mini Mexican Quiches
This is an excellent recipe. I was worried because I made the dough the night before and pressed it into the tins and put them in the fridge overnight. I thought that the dough might stick to the pans and the quiches would be hard to get out...but it worked like a charm. The dough was delicious. I did my own thing with the fillings and just added the egg mixture on top. I will definitely make these again.
