This is an excellent recipe. I was worried because I made the dough the night before and pressed it into the tins and put them in the fridge overnight. I thought that the dough might stick to the pans and the quiches would be hard to get out...but it worked like a charm. The dough was delicious. I did my own thing with the fillings and just added the egg mixture on top. I will definitely make these again.

This was so easy and delicious. I was a bit skeptical because it seemed too easy - but I fillowed the instructions exactly and my roast was perfectly cooked. I only gave it 4 start because I think it could have used a bit more seasoning...maybe garlic or onion powder. Other than that - it was perfect.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. I took it to a party that had a bunch of fancier appetizers - but this dip was gone way before anything else!
