Original Blue Cheese Coleslaw
I used this as a topping for Spicy Pulled Pork Sliders. The blue cheese balanced the spicy pork perfectly! Based upon other reviews, i did use a bit less lemon and a little more cheese.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
I was a little unsure about the cinnamon and nearly left it out. So glad I didn't! My guests couldn't quite put their finger on what was in the marinade...never would have guessed it was cinnamon. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make this again.

Dilled Chicken Salad
This has been one of my favorite salad recipes for several years. I always get requests for the recipe. It's equally fabulous with shrimp rather than chicken. Dried dill works in a pinch, but the fresh is so much better.
