I grew up as an Army brat, so I had to learn to cook when mom had to work and dad was out of town or flying. I joined the Army when I was 17 and met my husband. We have one beautiful daughter who loves to help mommy in the kitchen. I love cooking, period. I don't have any particular favorites when it comes to what I cook. Anything fast on a busy day is my favorite thing! At Thanksgiving, my mom and two sisters always cook the dinner. The sisters have since taken over and every year, Grandma's famous stuffing is made. It always reminds us of when we were little girls, trying to learn the "secrets". Jambalaya. I always get that request, especially for potlucks! TUNA NOODLE CASSAROLE. My husband hates it, and the first year we were married, I kept making it; he kept eating it. He didn't want to hurt my feelings and tell me it was gross! What a sweetheart! I haven't made it since.
