We've just recently moved to the Pocono Mountains, PA area and I've been very lucky to be able to work from home several days a week. This has given me the opportunity to prepare home cooked meals more frequently. I love preparing soups and salads, but I also enjoy using my crock pot and grill easy family meals. Lobster tails on the grill... and baking on the gas grill... I really don't know how to prepare pork recipes for my hubbie... I don't eat pork so, it's really a challenge.
