Eggnog Cheesecake III
Good cheesecake! Very creamy and smooth ( I beat everything together with electric beaters) However we found it lacking in eggnog flavour for our Christmas dessert. Would make again

Butter Tart Squares
Quick and easy, not too runny like others I have made. My family doesn't like raisins, so I used 3/4 c. chopped walnuts instead. great recipe!

Easy Pavlova
Definately a keeper. WOWED my family with this for Easter dessert, and so easy. Topped mine with sliced strawberries and kiwis, with a TBSP. of Grand Marnier over the whipped cream...wonderful!
