Artichoke Chicken
SO darn easy and yummy! served with buttered pasta and asparagus...hubby was psyched - nice presentation too!

Chicken Florentine Casserole
Loved it!!!!! So totally yummy! subbed 2% milk, left out italian seasoning, added more spinach....was fantasic. Served over bowtie as well. This is my new casserole to bring to friends! Thanks so much!!!

Whole Grain Waffles
OHMYGoodness Good! My kids eat these like they are going out of style and even their friends rave about them (and remember them when they sleep over again!!!) I don't keep all-purpose - so I sub brown rice flour and I don't mill the flax - and they are still awesome - and healthful for the whole family! I serve with unsweetened applesauce instead of maple syrup....thanks for the great recipie - it's a once a week-er (and I double it!!!)
