Simple Carnitas

I added Mexican oregano and omitted the kosher salt - just used 1/2 tsp table salt. After straining all the bits out of the liquid, I boiled down the liquid and added it back to the pork. I then spread the pork onto a large cookie sheet and placed under the broiler for about 8 minutes until just crispy.
