Parmesan Chicken II
I was amazed at how simple and good this recipe is. It's great every time.
I have yet to try any of the tips other people have listed, like soaking the chicken or using flour. I have, however, used chicken breasts a few times, cooking them for about half as long, which gets dinner on the table within about 30 minutes.
