Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
This was great, but as previous posters said to I used only one heaping tablespoon of sugar, added a package of dry beef boullion, and used a bit more red wine. We only had two pounds of ribs and the sauce was the perfect amount. I found a Spaetzle recipe on the to serve with the ribs, and we were transported right into Oktoberfest here in south Austin, TX!

Tilapia with Tomatoes, Black Olives and Corn
Made the sauce exactly as the recipe said, then we used it with a whole snapper wrapped in banana leaves and steamed it on the smoker. Delicious!

Cumin Lamb Steaks with Smashed Potatoes, Wilted Spinach and Red Wine Sauce
Well we are lamb lovers, and this did not disappoint us. I will make this again, will probably try pork next time. As a previous reviewer said, the sauce was a little sweet, I added a splash of red wine vinegar to tone it down, otherwise I wouldn't change a thing!
