Spinach Chicken Parmesan
I used about 4 chicken breast tenderlions and doubled the flour, milk, spinach, and used fresh chives instead of the pimento peppers (didn't have any). I served it over brown rice. We prefer more vegetables than meat. We really liked the recipe.
