Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad
Great mix- but way too sweet!!!! I only added half the sugar specified.

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna
The baked spaghetti and pepperoni go well together- except I found that using cheddar cheese as the topping made it a bit too dry/crunchy. So I added part mozzarella and part cheddar to make the cheese softer.

Mixed Greens with Walnut and Roasted Onion Dressing
The roasted onion dressing has a thick consistency with a sweet tang. A welcome change from the creamy or vinegary dressings usually used on salads. Everyone who has tried this recipe loves it.
