Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken
my husband is lebanese and loved this dish- said it was perfect. I omitted the cardamom and added a scant teaspoon of sumac and marinated the chicken overnight.

Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad
Great mix- but way too sweet!!!! I only added half the sugar specified.

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna
The baked spaghetti and pepperoni go well together- except I found that using cheddar cheese as the topping made it a bit too dry/crunchy. So I added part mozzarella and part cheddar to make the cheese softer.
