I started cooking in college when I had my first apartment. I loved cooking for other people. I have two small children, so meals these days are simple and kid friendly, but I love trying new recipes. Any kind of steak, breakfast and grill foods. I loved my mother's Chicken & Dumplings and now I make it. I've revised it a bit but I still like making the dumplings from scratch. I also love Spaetzle but I make it as big dumplings. This is three generation recipe that has been passed down. My dad loves it when I make it. Making foods that both my kids will eat. They love broccoli chicken casserole. Turkey. I don't like it and I suck at cooking it. It always ends up dry.
