Oatmeal Cake II
Great recipe - easy to prepare (made it into muffins). However, I adjusted it somewhat - added a 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar and it was sweet enough.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
This bread is excellent - very moist. Got rave reviews from everyone at the office!!

Easy Oatmeal Muffins
This recipe is easy and tastes great. The only change I made was to increase sugar to 1/3 cup to make them a bit sweeter. I also add applesauce in place of the oil to make them non-fat.
