Fresh Apple Cake II
We loved this. I just made half a recipe which was just right for the two of us. I used Jonathan apples but I still didn't use all the sugar it called for and it was very sweet. Next time I will try the butter/sugar/cinnamon sprinkle on top.

These are very good, a little sticky and I think the next time I will use half semi-sweet and half milk choc chips.

Zucchini Cake III
This cake was very easy to make. Also it was very moist. Mine was done in about 60 minutes instead 80. The best zucchini cake I have ever had and my husband loved it.
