This was very good. Although I did add one can of mixed veggies since what is shepards pie without some veggies mixed in. I also used instant white rice since that is all I had but I dont think it changed anything. I will definately make this again.

The kids and I really liked the soup the first night and the kids asked for it for dinner the next day. Well to me and the whole family the soup really lost something the next day it seemed that all the flavor desided to head south for the winter. I will probably make this again but if there are any leftovers I will make sure the dogs get a good dinner.

I used this recipe with Mock Tender Steaks and was suprised at how well they turned out. If this can turn cheap meat into a great tasting meal I just have to wonder what it would do to a good cut of meat.
