Guinness® Corned Beef

I also did not have Guinness beer on hand so I used a bottle of whatever was in the fridge. This turned out better than any corned beef I have ever made. I do not like corned beef but I make it every year for my husband and kids who do like it. This was so good that I went out and bought a second corned beef so we could have it again. Just delicious! A must-try dish! Thanks!

Hearty Ham Pie

Loved this recipe! I used fat free half and half and omitted the green pepper, but otherwise followed the exact recipe. I loved all the veggies in this "pie". This is definitely a keeper and I will make it again!

Venison Stew I

This was delicious! It was not at all gamey. It had wonderful flavor and could have easily passed for beef stew. I did not add oregano but I doubled the garlic. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Storybook Gingerbread Men

Amazing! The best gingerbread recipe I have ever used. So easy. So yummy. Not too "gingery". Just right. The dough was so easy to use. It was not sticky like so many gingerbread recipes. This is now my "go to" recipe. Thanks!

Terrific Turkey Chili

Yum!! We just loved this recipe. I added 1 cup of frozen corn to give it a little crunch but it would have been great without that too. I much prefer this to the bean-filled versions!

Christmas Cornflake Wreath Cookies

Very, very good! I drop spoonfuls on waxed paper rather than making wreaths. It is easier and looks like Holly instead of wreaths.

Baked Scallops

I loved this. Husband thought there was too much topping. Kids were afraid of the scallops so their opinion doesn't count. We would make this again but cut down on the bread crumb mixture somewhat.

Corn Dog Casserole
