My cooking triumphs
I was able to cook vegan dishes for an entire party. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was spectacular! People didn't know the desserts were vegan until I mentioned it at the end of the party. The guests were amazed!
My cooking tragedies
No matter where I get the recipe, I have ALWAYS ruined cornbread! I can't make cornbread if my life depended on it! Ha!

Easy Vegetarian Pasta
This was a simple and great recipe! We've been eating more healthy these days and THIS will be on rotation!!! I've made just one tweak - double basalmic vinegar. My family loved it, thanks!!!!! :)
